1.) Kobe Bryant | Los Angeles Lakers | 4 yrs $88.59 million
This is not even up for discussion. There is not a better player in the NBA than Kobe Bryant. Whether his team wins or not, nobody is better right now.

2.) Dwyane Wade | Miami Heat | 4 yrs $57.66 million

Had he not been injured badly last year and still be recovering from the injuries, he'd be in Kobe's spot right now.

3.) Allen Iverson | Denver Nuggets | 2 yrs $42.04 million

Can still light up the whole league for 30 points per night. Needs to become more of team leader though.

4.) Manu Ginobili | San Antonio Spurs | 3 yrs $29.7 million

The most underrated player in basketball. Fans don't understand but even ask Kobe. Nobody looks forward to trying to guard him.

5.) Tracy McGrady | Houston Rockets | 3 yrs $63.4 million

His back issues always make Rockets' fans uneasy but his talent is undeniable. He could lead a team deep in the playoffs if his teammates would show up.

6.) Ray Allen | Boston Celtics | 3 yrs $52.16 million

Ankle injuries will plague him the rest of his career, but he's still the best shooter in basketball.

7.) Michael Redd | Milwaukee Bucks | 4 yrs $65.64 million

He's quickly taking Allen's place as the best shooter in basketball. His ability to get to the basket has developed and made him a very dangerous scorer.

8.) Vince Carter | New Jersey Nets | 4 yrs $61.8 million

Wince for some reason is still voted into the All Star game even though the one thing that made him popular is something he never does anymore (dunking).

9.) Richard Hamilton | Detroit Pistons | 3 yrs $31.68 million

Very underrated defender and the best mid-range game I've seen in a long time. He may have good 3-point percentage, but only because he doesn't shoot a high volume.

10.) Joe Johnson | Atlanta Hawks | 3 yrs $42.7 million

It's only a matter of time before he leads the Hawks to the playoffs. One of the most talented players in all of the NBA.

11.) Ben Gordon | Chicago Bulls | 1 yr $4.88 million

His size is always going to be an issue but he's a dangerous 4th quarter weapon.

12.) Andre Iguodala | Philadelphia 76ers | 1 yr $2.8 million

Not one thing he isn't good at as far as skills go. He can shoot, dribble, pass, rebound and defend.

13.) Brandon Roy | Portland Trailblazers | 3 yrs $9.87 million

He's going to turn into a lockdown defender with Aldridge and Oden playing behind him.

14.) Michael Finley | San Antonio Spurs | 1 yr $3.1 million

Could still drop 20 points per game but he has given up his own personal accomplishments for team success.

15.) Jamal Crawford | New York Knicks | 4 yrs $36 million

Takes a lot of bad shots but is a fantastic high volume scorer.

16.) Jason Richardson | Charlotte Bobcats | 4 yrs $51.11 million

Will finally be able to be a top option on offense for the next 4 years.

17.) Mike Miller | Memphis Grizzlies | 3 yrs $27 million

The most underrated scorer off the bench in all of basketball. And he's much more than just a shooter.

18.)Leandro Barbosa | Phoenix Suns | 5 yrs $33 million

The quickest player with the ball in the league. Almost have to lay off of him and make him shooter jumpers.

19.) Larry Hughes | Chicago Bulls | 3 yrs $38.48 million

Cavs' fans hate his injury problems and his contract. LeBron isn't a big fan either.

20.) Kevin Martin | Sacramento Kings | 6 yr $56.81 million

He emerged as a good scorer last season but will demand a big extension soon.

21.) Jerry Stackhouse | Dallas Mavericks | 3 yrs $19 million

Still one of the toughest covers in the NBA. His post-up game is the best among guards in the NBA.

22.) Eddie Jones | Dallas Mavericks |

His skills and athleticism have started to diminish significantly, but at the price tag he'll command, he's still valuable to have on your team.

23.) Raja Bell | Phoenix Suns | 3 yrs $15 million

His shooting ability is taken for granted. He's definitely the main component in their defensive schemes.

24.) Ricky Davis | Miami Heat | 1 yr $6.81 million

The bane of my existence as a T'wolves' fan. He's just a bad influence on a locker room.

25.) Anthony Parker | Toronto Raptors | 2 yrs $8.9 million

The Euroleague MVP from two years ago had a great season back in the NBA.

26.) Mickael Pietrus | Golden State Warriors |

Very athletic that is a jumpshot away from being extremely tough to cover.

He should be able to come in and do the little things to help Minnesota start to win again.

He's due for a big contract next off-season and will be a Leandro Barbosa type player for G State.

Cat loves to shoot and shoot often. Hoping his man friend, Stevie Franchise, joins the Clippers.

30.) DeShawn Stevenson | Washington Wizards | 4 yrs, $15 million

He has an ego that trumps his basketball game and can be a poor man's Ricky Davis at times.

He really fell out of favor with George Karl in the playoffs and will have to play his way back into the rotation.

His talents will be utilized better under Jim O'Brien, who has big plans for Daniels this year.

33.) John Salmons | Sacramento Kings | 4 yrs $21.12 million

Doesn't shoot very well but could be a lockdown defender if he wanted to.

34.) Bonzi Wells | New Orleans Hornets | 1 yr $2.28 million

He gave up roughly $35 million thanks to bad advice by his agent. He'll never play well enough to earn that again.

Hasn't shown much improvement since he left high school for the NBA. Has to find his jumpshot again.

43.) Josh Childress | Atlanta Hawks | 1 yr $3.63 million

Second ugliest jumper in basketball but has turned into a pretty decent contributor.

I really thought he'd be a fantastic NBA player but he's managed to be just a contributor.

He has the athleticism and the ability to be a star in the league. If he's mature enough...

46.) Tony Allen | Boston Celtics | 1 yr $1.87 million

As long as he isn't blowing out his knees after the whistle blows, he's a very effective player.

A high-flyer that has a big ego when it comes to scoring ability. He just can't really back that up.

48.) Tarence Kinsey | Free Agent |

He is ready for a big breakout season. His jumpshot is steady now and will be a great 6th man candidate.

This former dunk champion isn't really that effective of a guard anymore. And now he's in a jammed back court.

He was a great addition for the Bobcats last season and will be a good pickup for some team this year.

Joe Dumars isn't a big fan of his game but he'll be great in the run and gun style of Toronto.

53.) Rashad McCants | Minnesota Timberwolves | 2 yrs $4.39 million

He is a lock for being another bust of a pick by Kevin McHale. But to his credit, it was because of the micro-fracture surgery.

54.) Juan Dixon | Detroit Pistons | 1 yr $2.9 million

Great scorer off the bench that Sam Mitchell has at his disposal.

55.) Maurice Evans | Orlando Magic | 1 yr $1.5 million

His offensive game is better than draft experts gave him credit for.

67.) Quincy Douby | Sacramento Kings | 3 yrs $4.95 millions

Good shooter that is very undersized for his position. Some point guard skills are much needed.

The second coming of Vinnie Johnson. He's THAT good of a scorer off the bench.

69.) Willie Green | Philadelphia 76ers | 4 yrs $14.09 million
